Welcome to Ara & Eve. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services and the purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Ara & Eve is an online store offering baby and children’s products, including muslin swaddles, baby blankets, fitted sheets and related nursery essentials.

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful payment authorization.
After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This email does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
A contract of sale is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

- Unavailable stock;
- Failed or unauthorized payments;
- Suspected fraud or unlawful activity;

- Delivery restrictions; or
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
Prices [include VAT where applicable / exclude VAT unless otherwise stated]. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and delivery charges at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed and dispatched.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
6. Promotional Offers
Promotional codes, discounts and offers are subject to any additional conditions communicated with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined;
- Promotional codes have no cash value;
- Promotions may be limited by product, customer, location or validity period; and
- We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an eligible order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where a promotion has been used fraudulently, incorrectly or contrary to its stated conditions.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Arab Emirates, as specified in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.
To the extent permitted by law, Ara & Eve will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, government restrictions, incorrect delivery information or other force-majeure events.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Eligible return requests must be submitted through our self-service returns portal within the period stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
Where an exchange is not available, you may submit a return request for the eligible item through our self-service returns portal and place a new order for your preferred item.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law.
9. Product Inspection
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please submit a request through our returns portal or contact support@araandeve.com as soon as reasonably possible, providing your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
10. Product Use, Care and Safety
Our products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all care, safety and usage instructions supplied with the product or displayed on our website.
Baby and children’s products should always be used under appropriate adult supervision.
Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for the child’s age, size, developmental stage and intended use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ara & Eve will not be responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, improper care, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions or use for an unintended purpose.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where legally permitted, our total liability arising from a particular product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Ara & Eve for reasonable losses, liabilities or expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
